"An extraordinarily talented producer, and I loved working with him" - Richard Bonynge AC, CBE - Conductor.

Since graduating as a cellist from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama in 2017, and having received tuition from some of the world’s finest cellists (including Pieter Wispelwey, Paul Watkins, Giovanni Sollima, Roel Dieltiens and Raphael Wallfisch), I have worked primarily as a record editor and engineer on major record label releases and, since 2020, also as a record producer. Out of my love for recorded music comes my more recent forays into film making in classical music, being an increasingly integral part of how we consume and enjoy recorded music.

Throughout my various roles in recording, my work has appeared on a large number of major record labels including Universal Music Group, Decca, and Naxos. Recent projects include releases for Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, London Philharmonic Orchrestra, Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, Malmö Symphony Orchestra, Orquestra Simfònica de Barcelona, Orquesta Filarmónica de Jalisco, Colorado MahlerFest, The Dante Quartet, Valencia Baryton Project, Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Welsh National Opera, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, English Chamber Orchestra and English Symphony Orchestra. Accolades received include nomination for Best Classical CD in IV Premis Santos Carles De La Músicas Valencia (Editor - “Haydn Baryton Trios”) and Top 30 in the UK Official Charts (Editor - ESO/Brahms Piano Quartet No.2) (Editor - ESO/Matthews Symphony 9).

I am active as a cellist, freelancing for orchestras such as Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra and London Concert Orchestra. I have performed with many world renowned concertmasters and soloists, including Stephanie Gonley (Scottish Chamber Orchestra), Lucy Gould, Lesley Hatfield (BBC NOW), Sheku Kanneh-Mason, Katherine Jenkins, Henning Kraggerud, Gary Levinson (Dallas Symphony Orchestra), and Jennifer Pike. I continue to draw on my experience as a performer in order to refine my work in recording.
